  The 5 stars are because the property mangers are absolutely incompetent to the highest level. The property manager looking after the property that we were renting would make appointments for inspections,never turn up, promise things and not follow through. Nothing that she said she would do would actually happen, I know that when you rent a property you get treated like a second class citizen but these people take the cake!
  When we moved in the advertising said gardening was included in the price, we had someone come to mow the lawns but the gardens were not touched and when we queried this many times eventually we were told gardening is only mowing the lawns was included , obviously the definition of gardening is open to different interpretations.
  Air conditioning broke down during the middle of summer and it took months to repair due to someone not authorising a repair.
  We only received a copy of the property condition report from when we moved in after we moved out After numerous requests.
  We are trying to make good on some items and the property manager is so damned useless we can't get access to the property because she forgets to leave keys at the office etc etc etc.
  She was supposed to drop the keys over to us tonight so we can retify some items, guess what? Too busy to drop them off despite making a promise to do it, and we only found this out after trying to track her down as to where she was.
  What a frustrating experience this has been, investors look for someone more competent, renters choose wisely before moving into a property they manage.
